When you use CalSync, we collect your name, email address, and Google Calendar data necessary to provide scheduling services. When visitors book meetings, we collect their name and email address.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve CalSync scheduling services, sync with Google Calendar, send booking confirmations and reminders, and manage your account.

3. Google Calendar Access

CalSync requests access to your Google Calendar to create events when bookings are made. We only create events on your behalf and do not read, modify, or delete existing calendar data.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers provided by Neon (database) and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
